These are two cards for two challenges:
I couldn't decide which one I liked best so here are both of them for your enjoyment!
Card Patterns - CP130 - sketchI used my cuttlebug embossing folder swiss dots and the XOs.
I used my MS punch round the corner for the squares of the sketch.
I also used the same edge punch to make the paper ribbon.
I used my favorite rose stamp that I colored with my copic markers.
I used my favorite rose stamp that I colored with my copic markers.
Golden bling is from my stash.
another punch round the corner punch for the squares
Beautiful yellow rose colored with my copic markers.
When I was going thru school I worked in a flower shop.
One of my jobs was to de-thorn the roses!!!
The yellow roses smelled sooooo sweet but had the wickedest thorns!!!!
so now go check out these sites and see how the other
papercrafters did their versions!
Both cards are beautiful, Judy! I love the yellow roses and all the punched/die cut elements! Thanks for playing along at Card Patterns this week!

ReplyDeleteHi Judy, both cards are lovely but I'm a white and yellow fan (deco art fan LOL!) so my favourite is the first one. I do love that Martha Stewart border punch and love what you've done with it.
